In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients
- 1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Tartar sauce, optional
Mushroom Gravy with garlic and red wine

Saute trumpet mushrooms in 2 T
- Saute and remove; add:
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 1 lb. trumpet royale mushrooms, halved Lengthwise
- 1 lb. button mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Stir in; deglaze with:
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup dry red wine
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Hoisin-ginger baby back ribs

Combine all the ingredients (except the ribs) in a bowl; blend well
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup orange blossom honey
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon spicy chili paste with garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

- 2 ripe small Hass avocados
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 small plum tomato, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 small yellow skinned onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt

- 1 About 1 cup cacao butter (about 220-250 grams of solid cacao butter)
