Warm Cherry Puff

Bake 400º 10" pie dish or 11x7" baking dish
- 1 C Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C Bisquick
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Almond extract
- 2 Tbsp Soft Butter
- 1 20 oz Can Cherry Pie
- filling (peach is good too)
- (I use sugar free
- pie filling, no taste
- difference)
Cream Puffs

BAKE 400º Then 350º Greased cookie sheet
- 1/2 C Butter
- 1 C Water
- 1 C Flour
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
Crescents

Cream the butter and powdered sugar
- 1/2 LB (2 stks) Butter,
- softened
- 6 Tbls. Powdered Sugar
- 2 C. Flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 C. ground almonds
- or walnuts
- Powdered sugar to roll
- the crescents in.
Swedish Rosettes

In a separate bowl sift flour and salt and set aside
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 C milk
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon extract
- Oil for frying
Chock Full of Veggies Chili [ South Beach Phase 1]

In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Bell Peppers any Color,
- chopped
- 1 1/2 C. Mushrooms,
- chopped
- 1 Large Onion,
- chopped
- 2 Celery Stalks,
- chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves,
- minced
- 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 (15 oz) Cans Pinto Beans
- 1 (14 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
- NO SALT

- 1-12 OZ pkg. Semi Sweet
- chocolate chips (2 C.)
- 1-14 OZ Condensed milk
- 1 1/4 C. Walnuts, chopped

Lemon Bars 7 Eggs

HEAT OVEN TO 325º. Line a 9X13" pan with foil; then spray the foil
- CRUST:
- 1 C Butter, softened
- 1 C. Powdered Sugar
- 2 1/2 C. Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- FILLING:
- 7 Eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 C. Sugar
- 1 C. Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 C. Flour
Autumn Pork Chops

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned
- 1 Tbsp Vege Oil
- 4 Pork Chops 3/4" Thick
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 C Apple Juice or Water
- 2 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- Good Dash Grond Pepper
- 4 C Hot Cooked Medium

Chicken Surprise

- 1 Cooked, Skinned & Cubed Chicken
- 1/2 Lb Cubed Velvetta cheese
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- 7 oz Raw Elbow pasta (or your choice)
- 1 Can cut string beans, rinsed & drained
- 3 chopped Hard boiled Eggs
- 2 cups milk
