Fruit Salad

Gently toss all ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 C Diced Pineapple
- 2 Diced Apples,
- Sprinkled with
- lemon juice
- 2 Oranges, Peeled
- and Sliced
- 2 Sliced Bananas,
- Sprinkled with
- lemon juice
- 1 C Halved Seedless
- Red or Green Grapes
- 1/2 C Chopped Celery
- 1/2 C Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 1/2 C Raisins
- 4-6 OZ Fancy Shredded
- Sharp or Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 C Honey
- 1 C Plain Yogurt

- 1/2 LB Olives drained
- 3 Tbsp Capers
- 8 Anchovies
- 1 Clove garlic
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh Lemon
- Pinch fresh Thyme
- 1/8 C Flat Parsley
