Brown Turkey Sausage in 1 Tbsp olive oil in medium pot
- 8 OZ Turkey Sausage... sliced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic...smashed
- 1 ..14.5 OZ can of Chicken Broth
- 1 ..14.5 OZ can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 ..15 OZ can White Beans rinse and drain
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- Small bag of Spinach
- Parmesan and Crusty Bread
Tortellini, White Bean & Spinach Soup

Heat oil in large dutch oven over medium high heat
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 C Chopped Onion
- 1/2 C Red Pepper,
- chopped
- 1 tsp Dry Italian
- Seasoning
- 3 Cloves Garlic,
- chopped
- 2 C Spinach,
- coarsley chopped
- 2/3 C Water
- 1-16 OZ can White Beans
- Cannellini-Great Northern
- Drained
- 1-14 OZ Can Vege Broth
- 1-14 OZ Can Diced NO-Salt
- Tomatoes & Juice
- 1-9 OZ Fresh Cheese
- Tortellini, uncooked
- 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
Homemade White Bread

Bake 350º 45 minutes Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes
- 1 Pkg Dry Yeast
- (about 2 1/4 tsp)
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 2/3 C warm Milk,
- (100º to 110º)
- 2 Tbsp Butter,
- melted
- 4 3/4 C Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- Cooking Spray
Two Cheese Fettuccini Primavera

Saute onions & garlic in oil in medium saucepan
- 1 Medium Onion,
- chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic,
- minced
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1.3 /4 C Skim milk
- 8 OZ Fettuccini.
- cooked & drained
- 1 C (4 oz) Shredded
- Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 2 C Broccoli Florets,
- cooked & drained
- 1 Red Pepper, cut into
- julienne strips
Better Banana Bread from Equal

- 1 Cup Very Ripe Bananas,
- mashed (about 3 small)
- 1 C Splenda
- 1/2 C Plain fat-free Yogurt
- 1/2 C Unsweetened
- Applesauce

- 1 Egg White
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C White Flour
- 1 C Whole Wheat
- Pastry Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

- 3 Green Onions,
