- 1 Bag 6/OZ Baby Spinach
- Wash & Rinse
- 12 /OZ Refrigerated Cooked
- Turkey Meatballs
- 1 Jar Marinara
- 1.1 /2 C Water
- 2-9 /OZ Pkgs Refrigerated
- Four Cheese Ravioli
- 1 Bag 8/OZ Shredded Mozzarella
Splenda Chocolate Chip Cookies

Bake 375 11-13 Minutes Preheat oven; line cookie sheets with Parchment Paper
- 2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 C Melted Butter
- 1 C Splenda Brown
- Sugar Blend
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 2 C Chocolate Chips
- (mini chips work well)
Provencal White Bean Soup South Beach Phase 1

In a medium soup pot, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Small Onion,
- chopped
- 1 Stalk Celery,
- chopped finely
- 2 Cloves Garlic,
- peel & smash
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 15oz Can Cannellinni
- Beans or Great Northern
- Rinsed & Drained
- 1 1/2 C Chicken Broth
- Fresh Ground Pepper
Monica's Delicious Soup

Soak onion in 2 tsp of olive oil for 5 minutes
- 1 LB Italian Sausage ,
- w/out casing
- 1 Small diced Onion
- 2 Cans (14oz) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can White Kidney Beans,
- rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 C Basil ( 3 tsp dried)
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 12 oz Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 C uncooked Pasta
Homemade Salsa

Mix all chopped ingredients together
- 2-3 Tomatoes, chopped
- Hot Peppers of your choice, chopped
- Small to Medium Onion, chopped
- 1-2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Dash Salt
Vege Soup from Weight Watchers

Put all ingredients in a large Dutch oven, cover and cook 1 hour
- 1/2 Large Cabbage,
- or 1 whole small
- 1 Can Green Beans,
- rinsed & drained
- 1 Can Mushrooms,
- rinsed & drained
- 1 Can Tomatoes,
- 28 oz
- 1 Carrot, sliced
- 1 Stalk Celery,
- sliced
- 1/2 C Sliced Onion
- 1 beef & 1 Chicken
- bullion cube
- Water if needed
Mexicali Cheddar Bean Salad

In a large bowl, toss all together, except the lettuce until well coated
- 1-16 OZ Can each:
- Black Beans-Kidney Beans
- Navy or Great Northern Beans
- ALL rinsed & drained
- 2 C Cooked Chicken or Turkey,
- chopped
- 1.1 /2 C (6oz) cubed Sharp
- Cheddar Cheese Reduced Fat
- 1 Small Red Pepper,
- chopped
- 1/2 C Chunky Salsa
- 1/2 C Green Onion Slices
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- Lettuce Leaves
Hot Cocoa

Combine all in saucepan and heat gently DO NOT BOIL
- 1.1 /2 teas Unsweetened
- Cocoa Powder 70% Cocoa
- or more
- 2 teas Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 C Skim Milk
Toffee Nut Crunchies

- 3.1 /4 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 C Butter, softened
- 1/2 C Shortening
- 3/4 C Brown Sugar
- Firmly Packed
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C Broken Pecans
- 6 English Toffee
- Candy bars, crushed
- (or 1/2 bag crushed toffee)

- Pinch Salt & Pepper
- 2 Can Black Beans
- 1 15oz Can Tomatoes,
- Diced/No Salt
- 1 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
