Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Cookies:
- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter,
- softened
- 2 C.sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 (15-ounce) container
- whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3 tTbls. lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zested
- Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zested
Black Bean Brownie Bites South Beach

Bake 350º 25-30 Minutes. Heat the oven and lightly coat an 8x8 pan with cooking spray
- Cooking Spray
- 1-14 oz Can Black Beans
- drained and rinsed
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Oil,

- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C Splenda
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Peaches & Cream Cheesecake

Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie pan
- 3/4 Cup flour Bake 350º 30-35 min.
- 1 tea. Baking powder
- 1/2 tea. Salt
- 1 Small package Cook & Serve Vanilla pudding mix
- 3 Tbls. Soft butter
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 20oz can sliced peaches well drained (save syrup)
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 3 Tbls. peach syrup
- 1 Tbls. sugar
- 1/2 tea. Cinnamon
Knorr Soup Spinach Dip

- Vege Soup mix
- 1 10 OZ Box Frozen

Crab-Cheese Dip

- 1/2 C Lite Mayo
- 1 (8oz) Pkg Lite Cream Cheese,
- Softened
- 2 Tbsp Skim Milk
- 4 Scallions, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Worchestershire
- Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 /LB Lump Crabmeat,
- Clean to remove cartilage
- 1/4 C Parsley,
- chopped
Creamy Lemon Bars Sugar Free

- 2 Tbsp. Splenda
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
