- 1/2 Bunch Green Onions,
- chopped
- 1/2 Bottle Salad Supreme,
- spice
- 1-8oz Bottle Wishbone
- Italian or Robusto

Energy Bars

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1/4 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pitted dried dates
- 1/2 cup powdered nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
Crock Pot Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Put diced potatoes in crock pot
- 1 30oz bag of Frozen Diced Hash Browns
- 1 32 oz Box Chicken Stock
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 8 oz Pkg Cream Cheese (not fat free)
- 3 oz Bacon Bits
- 1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Sat & Pepper to taste

- 1 LB Ground Beef
- 1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/2 C Salsa
- 8 Flour Tortillas (8 inch)

- 1/4 C Mayo
- 8 Slices Bacon Cooked,
- & Crumbled

- 1/2 C Romaine Lettuce,
- Shredded
Lacy Cookie Rolls

Bake 325º 10-12 Minutes Preheat oven & grease a cookie sheet
- 3/4 C Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C Butter (1 Stick)
- 1/2 C Corn Syrup
- 1 C Flour
- 1 C Minced Nuts
Tempura Batter

In a medium bowl, mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1/4 C Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Egg beaten with
- enough water to = 1/2 cup
Blueberry Crepes

Bake 350° Combine all ingriedients except margarine and filling beat until smooth

- 1/2 C Skim Milk
- 2 Tbsp Water

- 1/8 teas Salt
- 1/4 C Soft Diet
- Margarine
- FILLING:
- 2/3 C Cottage Cheese,
- lowfat
- 4 oz Light Cream
- Cheese, Softened
- 1 C Blueberries
- 4 teas Sugar
Crabmeat Dip

Bake 350º Combine crab meat, onion, and horse radish together
- 8 oz Crab meat
- 2 Tbsp chopped Onion
- 1/2 C Horse Radish
- Sprinkle of Papricka
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Pecans
