Cajun Grilled Vegetables

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over vegetables in bowl
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 zucchini -- cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 large white onions -- sliced into 1/2 inch wedges
- 2 yellow squash -- cut into 1/2 inch slices
Raspberry Sorbet Mini Bundts

- 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
- 3 green apples -- peeled and thinly sliced

Root Beer Float Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350. Whisk egg and sugar until smooth and no lumps remain
- 1 1/8 cups flour
- 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons root beer extract
- 1/3 cup root beer
- 1/2 cup plus 1 T heavy cream
- 1/2 cup margarine -- melted
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- VANILLA AND ROOT BEER FROSTING
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine -- softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon root beer concentrate

Cook pasta, drain and rinse
- 3 cups fusilli pasta
- 3/4 cup broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion rings
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- salt and pepper
