Combine margarine, sugar, and eggs in food processor
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 15 ounce cans carrots
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup flour
Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in small bowl and set aside
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter -- at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup dried cherries

Crispy Coated Garlic Chicken

- 3 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1/2 head red cabbage -- shredded
- 6 scallion
- 8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 2 sweet potatoes -- peeled, cubed
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 Tablespoon hot sauce -- or to taste
- 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon barbecue sauce
- Salt
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion

- 1 large potato

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 3/4 cup matzah meal
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- ZUCCHINI LAYER
- 2 pounds zucchini -- unpeeled, cut into chunks
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 red onion -- thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup water
- salt to taste
