  • 2 jars heats of palm
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 to 8 mini peppers -- sliced
  • 2 containers grape tomatoes -- cut in half
  • 1/2 red onion -- sliced thinly
  • RED WINE VINAIGRETTE
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 shallot -- diced finely
  • 1 clove garlic -- chopped finely
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper
