Mix all ingredients together and serve
- 2 heads broccoli -- cut up
- 1 red onion -- diced
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar

Chicken Pot Pie

Thaw pastry sheet. Combine broth, chicken, carrots, potatoes, celery in a pot
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast -- cut into 1" cubes
- 3 carrots -- sliced
- 6 red pototoes -- sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup parve or soy milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper
- 1 egg -- lightly beaten
Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispie Bars

Place corn syrup, peanut butter, sugar, cocoa, coffee mixture and rum in a large pot
- 1 1/2 cups corn syrup
- 2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup instant coffee powder mixed with 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup rum
- 10 cups Rice Krispies®
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons oil
Brocoli Noodle Bake

Combine all ingredients for each layer
- 12 or 16 ounces medium noodles
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion soup
- 2 onions -- sauteed
- 1/3 cup oil
- SECOND LAYER
- 2 bags frozen broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 Tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion soup mix
- TOPPING
- Cornflake crumbs and brown sugar
Zucchini Olive Bread

heat oven to 350. Spray 8
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded zucchini -- (about 2)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pitted Kalamata olives
- 2 Tablespoons minced onion
Spanish Green Beans

Cook green beans in water for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender
- 1 1/2 pounds green beans -- cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 medium onion -- chopped
- 1 medium green pepper -- chopped
- 2 Tablespoons margarine or oil
- 1 14.5 ounce can stewed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 whole cloves
Chicken Cassoulet

- 1 cup dry navy beans
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 8 ounces Polish sausage
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon instant beef or chicken boullion
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 medium onion -- chopped
- 1 medium carrot -- chopped
- 1 stalk celery -- chopped

- 2 10 ounce frozen cauliflower

- 200 grams margarine -- at room temperature
- 100 grams (3/4 cup) confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 300 grams (2 heaping cups) flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
