Dairy Noodle Casserole

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 1 hour
- 1 pound cooked medium noodles
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 stick margarine -- melted
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 pound cottage cheese
Apricot Sweet Potato Chicken

Line baking pan with sweet potatoes
- 6 pieces chicken
- 4 sweet potatoes -- sliced 1/2" thick
- 4 Tablespoons apricot jam -- softened slightly
- 4 Tablespoons onion soup mix
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons orange juice
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons ketchup
Potato Salad with Horseradish Dressing

Cook the potatoes in a large pot of water until tender, 15-25 minutes
- 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes
- 1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 or 3 Tablespoons horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup halved cherry tomato
- 1/2 small sweet onion -- finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery -- finely chopped
Frozen Cranberry Banana Dessert

Drain pineapple into medium bowl; set pineapple aside
- 1 20 ounce can pineapple bits
- 5 medium firm bananas -- halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1 16 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 12 ounce carton whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

For the crust: combine cookie crumbs and sugar
- CRUST
- 1 3/4 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine -- melted
- FILLING
- 3 8 ounce packages cream cheese -- softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- COOKIE DOUGH
- 1/4 cup margarine -- softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips -- divided
Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg
- 1 9" two crust pie shell -- unbaked
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg -- optional;
- 6 to 7 cups apples -- peeled and sliced
- 2 Tablespoons margarine -- cut into pieces
Macaroni and Cheese (low fat)

Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta
- 12 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 12 ounces fat free evaporated milk
- 8 ounces low fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 Tablespoons dried breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Chocolate Fudge Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Line two round 8" pans with parchment paper
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/4 cups buttermilk (soy milk is fine)
- 1 cup butter or margarine -- room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate -- melted
Blintz Souffle

- 2 packages frozen blintzes
- 1/2 stick margarine -- melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla

- 2 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
