Each fall Starbucks rolls out their beloved pumpkin muffins
- FILLING:
- 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp light tub-style cream cheese
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 4 tsp plus 3/4 c granulated no-calorie sweetener (like Splenda) divided.

- 1 3/4 c. all-purpoe flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp clove

- 2 large egg whites
- ~~
- 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/3 c.unsweetened applesauce
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp molasses
CHEESE and MEATBALL SOUP

Combine first ingredients in Slow Cooker
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup cubed potato
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup carrots
- 1/1 cup onion
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper

- 1 ppound ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t hot pepper sauce

Instructions LINE a 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan with foil
- 4 cups (half of 15 oz. bag) pretzel sticks or pretzel twists
- 4 cups (24 oz.) white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup dried fruit (dried cranberries, raisins or mixed dried fruit bits)
Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake

HEAT oven to 400ºF. PREPARE stuffing as directed on package
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

PEANUTTY CHICKEN HORS d’OEUVRES

- 1 Chicken boneless, skinless, breast
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbs. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 Cup finely chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 quart Mazola corn oil

- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 TBS mustard
- 1/4 cup white winegar
- 1 tsp Worcistershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Lobster Newburg Recipe

In a large skillet, saute the lobster in butter and paprika for 3-4 minutes; set aside
- 3 cups cooked lobster meat or canned flaked lobster meat or imitation lobster chunks
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon sherry, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 8 crackers)
