Directions

Combine first ingredients in Slow Cooker. In a Bowl combine the beef ingre dients Mix & form meat balls -3/4 " Place into slow cooker and stir gently. COOK LOW 8-10 HOURS Pour cheese into pot and stir gently to melt and mix flavors FREEZING: Cool completely. Pour into freezer bag. THAW, then heat and add a little beef broth if needed to thin sauce.
