Kardemummaknyten

Äkta kärlek! Njut bullarna nybakade och varma tillsammans med ett glas mjölk
- Fyllning:
- 1 msk svarta kardemummakärnor
- 1 st ekologiskt ägg
- 3 dl mjölk
- 50 g färsk jäst
- 1.5 dl strösocker
- 0.5 tsk salt
- 150 g smör, rumsvarmt
- 1.2 l vetemjöl special
- 100 g mjukt smör
- 1 dl strösocker
- 2 msk malen kanel
- sockerlag till pensling (2 delar socker/ 1 del vatten)
- 1 msk svarta kardemumma kärnor
- 1 dl strösocker
Creamed broad beans with tarragon

1. Remove the beans from the pods
- 6 pounds fresh fava beans in their pods
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced shallots
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- Small sprig of thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon minced tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 freshly ground pepper
Pan-fried salmon fillet with herb sauce

Fry the salmon without any fat, season with pepper
- 4 salmon fillets
- freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp (light) mayonnaise
- 200 ml mild yoghurt
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 11/2 tsp chopped tarragon
- ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

1. Sätt ugnen på 230°. Blanda de torra ingredienserna, men tillsätt inte allt vetemjöl på en gång

- 1 påse Bagarens Jästmix Vetebröd
- 14 dl vetemjöl special
- 1.75 dl strösocker
- 1 tsk bakpulver
- 200 g smör
- 5 dl mjölk
- 3 st äggulor
- 1 st ägg till pensling
- Pärlsocker eller hyvlad mandel till topping
- 200 g smör, rumstempererat
- 200 g Odense Mandelmassa 50/50 eller Odense Mandelmassa Lyx
- Övrigt:
- Pappersformar
Vegetable bread

Gluten free, grain free, dairy free and low carb alternative to bread
- 1 medium broccoli
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 50 ml hazelnuts
- 100 ml sunflower seeds
- 100 ml milled flax seeds
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder

- small handful of fresh basil

To Make the Custard: bring milk to a boil
- For the Custard:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup (packed) light brown sugar, pressed through a sieve
- 1/3 cup cornstarch, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons cold, unsalted butter, cut into bits
- 3 ripe but firm bananas
- 1 9-inch single crust made with Good for Almost Everything Pie Dough, fully baked and cooled
- For the Topping:
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sour cream

Very simple and very wholesome, this is the sort of thing you can throw together with stuff you've probably already...
- 1 knob butter
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for serving
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 litre vegetable (or chicken) stock
- 300 g red lentils
- 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 medium bunch fresh coriander
- 250 ml natural yogurt

- 1 kg benfri högrev eller grytbitar av nöt
- 6-7 gula lökar (600 g)
- 3 msk smör
- 4 dl vatten+2 msk vinäger eller 4 dl vitt vin+2 msk vinäger
- 7 dl vatten
