Pan-fried salmon fillet with herb sauce

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp (light) mayonnaise
  • 200 ml mild yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp chopped chives
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 11/2 tsp chopped tarragon
  • ground white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Servings 4


Step 1

Fry the salmon without any fat, season with pepper.

Mix remaining ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste.
