  • Katrinplommongräddsås:
  • 1 kg fläskkarré, putsad
  • 1/2 msk salt
  • 1 tsk mald vitpeppar
  • 1 tsk mald torkad ingefära
  • 10 katrinplommon
  • 1 stor gul lök
  • 1 dl oekat fruktigt vitt vin
  • 1 msk konc kycklingfond
  • 3 dl matlagningsgrädde eller creme fraiche
  • 2 tsk ljus soja
  • Honungslaze:
  • 1/2 dl flytande honung
  • 2 tsk konc kalvfond
  • 1 msk rosmarin
  • 1/2 dl vatten
  • 1 stor klyfta vitlök, pressad
  • 2 tsk ljus soja
