Cinnamon Biscuit Fans

Heat oven to 425. Grease 8 regular-size muffin cups
- Glaze:
- 1/3 cup firm margarine or butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 about 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp margarine or butter, softened
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 to 2 1/2 tsp milk
- mix ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
Pumpkin-Pecan Tart

Coat a 9-inch round tart pan with a removable bottom with nonstick spray
- FOR THE PUMPKIN PIE SPICE, STIR:
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp.
- 1 ⁄2 tsp. ground ginger1⁄2 tsp.
- 1 ⁄4 tsp. ground nutmeg1⁄4 tsp.
- 1 ⁄8 tsp. ground allspice1⁄8 tsp.
- 1 ⁄8 tsp. ground cloves1⁄8 tsp.
- FOR THE CRUST, PROCESS:
- 1 ⁄2 cup powdered sugar1⁄2 cup
- 1 ⁄3 cup pecan halves, toasted1⁄3 cup
- 11 ⁄4 cups all-purpose flour11⁄4 cups
- 1 ⁄4 tsp. table salt1⁄4 tsp.
- 1 stick cold unsalted butter, cubed (8 Tbsp.)1 stick
- 1 egg yolk, beaten1
- FOR THE FILLING, BLEND:
- 1 can pumpkin purée (15 oz.)1 can
- 3 ⁄4 cup sweetened condensed milk3⁄4 cup
- 2 eggs2
- 1 Tbsp. spiced rum (optional)1 Tbsp.
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract1 Tbsp.
- FOR THE SWEET CREAM, WHIP:
- 1 cup heavy cream1 cup
- 1 ⁄2 cup sweetened condensed milk1⁄2 cup

- 1 (1-pound) loaf French or Italian bread, cubed
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup coffee flavored liqueur
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated

Barbecued Pulled Pork

- 2 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1 med onion, finely chopped
- 2 med cloves garlic, chopped
- 12 ounces diet cherry cola, divided
- 3/4 cup low-sugar ketchup
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Martha Washington Chocolates

These are excellent chocolates!
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz flake coconut
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- I dip these chocolates in melted milk or dark chocolate. The original recipe calls for one cake of wax and 2 cups of chocolate chips. Melt these items together, stirring constantly, and dip candies.
