- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard, such as Coleman's
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons rib rub
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 4 whole dried bay leaves
- 4 racks baby back ribs
- 4 cups BBQ sauce
- Serving suggestions: fresh cut French fries and coleslaw

- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Chocolate Frosting:
- 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 stick (4 ounces) plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts

- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 3/4 cup Whiskey
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce

- 1 3-lb boneless chuck roast
- 1 1/2 tsp Paula Deen's House Seasoning (1 cup salt, 1/4 cup garlic powder, 1/4 cup ground pepper - store in airtight container for up to six months)
- salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 or 4 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Chardonnay or other full-bodied white wine
