- BREAD-VERY VERY BANANA BREAD
- 1 C BUTTER
- 2 C SUGAR
- 4 EGGS, WELL BEATEN
- 6 RIPE BANANAS, MASHED
- 2 1/2 C FLOUR
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 1 /2 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 C CHOPPED NUTS
- USE 2 LOAF PANS 9X5
- 350 DEGREES
- 50-60 MINUTES
- WRAP IN FOIL WHILE WARM TO KEEP MOIST

One-Pan Taco Dinner

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, chopped

- 1 cup mashed potato, kumara, parsnip or pumpkin
- 1/2 cup raw carrot, sliced into little sticks (or grated)
- 2 currants or sultanas for 'eyes'
- 2 pieces of celery for 'eyebrows'
- 1 small piece of cherry tomato or radish for a 'nose'

Instructions In a large, 5 quart soup pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat

- 6 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cups packed baby spinach and/or baby kale, roughly chopped
- 22 ounce package TaiPei Chicken or Pork Potstickers (16-20), sauce packets reserved
- 1 green onion, sliced, for garnish
