Quick and easy if you are in a hurry you could sub a box of mac and cheese, I would use the one with Velveeta

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 bell red pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups dried elbow macaroni (half a package, 8 oz)
  • 18 oz marinara sauce or pizza
  • 18 oz water
  • 1/3 cup half and half, to lower calories use milk or cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
