One-Skillet Mac and Cheese with Sausage and Bell Peppers

Quick and easy if you are in a hurry you could sub a box of mac and cheese, I would use the one with Velveeta
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 bell red pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups dried elbow macaroni (half a package, 8 oz)
- 18 oz marinara sauce or pizza
- 18 oz water
- 1/3 cup half and half, to lower calories use milk or cashew milk
- 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie

I would add some cubed potatoes or serve it over mashed spuds
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz cans)
- 2 c milk
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and cubed
- 2 c frozen peas and carrots
- 1 t salt
- 1 1/2 t pepper
- 4 T cornstarch
- 4 T water
