For Cookies: Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cookies:
- 1 package Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 egg
- Frosting:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
THREE ENVELOPE PICANTE ROAST

Whisk together the water with ingredients from all 3 of the envelopes
- 3 to 5 pound beef chuck roast (or other braising roast)
- 1 cup of water
- One envelope of dry onion soup mix
- One envelope of dry Italian dressing mix
- One envelope of dry brown gravy mix
- 1 (8 ounce) jar of Pace Original Mild Picante Sauce
Hashbrown Casserole

In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned
- 2 pounds sausage (mild or hot)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) container of French onion dip
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup each green and red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (30-oz.) package frozen hash brown shredded potatoes, thawed
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

- 25 finely crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies
- 5 whole (uncrushed) peanut butter sandwich cookies
- 1 cube of butter, melted

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
No Bake Triple Layer Pumpkin Pie

- 1 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. cold half and half (can use milk if desired)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 cups thawed Cool Whip topping
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 2 pkgs (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
Cheesy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

1 Heat oven to 350°F. In 3-quart saucepan, place Brussels sprouts and enough water just to cover sprouts
- 1 1/2 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, 1 to 1 1/2 inch, cut in half (6 cups)*
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy three cheese cooking sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

In large bowl of electric mixer, cream together the butter, shortening, granulated sugar and brown sugar
- Cookies:
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Solid Vegetable Shortening
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 cups Oatmeal, old-fashioned, not quick-cooking
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cup Sweetened Flaked Coconut
- Icing:
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 3 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Chopped Pecans, toasted
Braised Parsnips with Maple Syrup and Pecans

1.Heat butter a small saucepan over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Fisher® Pecan Halves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seeds, lightly crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 8 medium parsnips, ends trimmed and thoroughly peeled and cut in half lengthwise, about 2 pounds
- 2-3 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup semi sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
