In a medium size bowl combine flour, 2 tbsp cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder and whisk
- For Batter:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast; cubed
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 dash of sesame oil
- For the Sauce:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Siracha Hot Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic; minced
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 quart olive oil for frying
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Cider-Glazed Stuffed Chicken

HEAT oven to 350ºF. COMBINE stuffing mix, 1-1/2 cups cider and 1 Tbsp
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 2 cups apple cider, divided
- 1/4 cup butter, divided
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 2 apples, peeled, chopped and divided
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Cinnamon Apple Cookies

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup walnuts, 1/4-inch chopped

Ginger Cookie Truffles

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

SWEET & SPICY MEATBALLS

- Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies,

- Chopped fresh parsley, optional
CRANBERRY PECAN PIE

- Single crust pie
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup

- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries

- 1 refrigerated pie crust, (from 14.1-ounce package)
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon Extract
- 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces
BACON RANCH PASTA SALAD

Cook the bacon until crisp; remove to drain on a paper towel, chop and set aside
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 2 cups of uncooked small shell pasta
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 2/3 cup of real mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 3 tablespoons (or 1 packet) of dry ranch dressing mix (like Hidden Valley Ranch or Bacon Ranch)
- Couple splashes of milk
