- 1 1/4 cups orange juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp grated orange peel
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Butterscotch Cupcakes

Cake: Add the pudding mix and butterscotch topping to the cake mix and make according to directions on cake mix box
- Cake:
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz) box of instant butterscotch pudding
- 1/4 Cup of butterscotch topping
- Frosting:
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 tsp Butterscotch Flavoring (you can use caramel or rum flavoring)
- 1/4 Cup Butterscotch Topping
- 1/4 Cup Milk or Heavy Cream
- 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
