Ingredients

  • 1 package Krusteaz Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix (1 pouch each cookie mix and cinnamon-sugar topping)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl, stir together cookie mix, butter, egg and cherries until dough forms.
Press into lightly greased 8x8x2-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and cinnamon-sugar over top of dough.
Bake 24-26 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting.
