Butterscotch refrigerator cookies are easy to make and very tasty
- 1 cup butterscotch-flavored baking chips
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Land O Lakes® All-Natural Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
BLUEBERRY SWIRL CHEESECAKE

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream
- cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 graham cracker or shortbread crust (9 inches)
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 can (21 ounces) blueberry pie

- 3/4 cup very warm water (120º to 130ºF)

LEMON CREME CRUMB BARS

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups old fashioned
- rolled oats
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter,
- melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened
- condensed milk
- 1 Tbsp finely grated
- lemon zest
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
Bush's Buffalo Chicken Chili

1.Heat oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 pound chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 (16 ounce) can BUSH’S® Kidney Beans, drained
- 1 (15.8 ounce) can BUSH’S® Great Northern Beans, drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- crumbled blue cheese (optional)
TUNE UP TUNA SANDWICH

- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 6 ounces Albacore tuna drained
- 8 slices sandwich bread

RAMEN NOODLE BAKE

- 4 packages Ramen noodles-ONE must be beef (reserve ONE beef flavoring packet)
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 pound ground beef with chopped onion, cooked & drained or Italian sausage
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, divided
- 3 1/2 cups water
ARMADILLO EGGS

- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded
