- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 bag gourmet salad greens -- (5-ounce)
Burgundy Lamb Shanks

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Coat lamb shanks in flour

- 1/3 cup soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, crushed under a knife
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme

Oriental Dipping Sauce
