Balsamic Peach Sauce

A sweet and sour sauce, ideal for grilled chicken
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Peppermint Brownies

1.Bake your favorite brownie recipe/mix in an 8x8 pan, according to package directions
- For the mint frosting:
- ◦Your favorite brownie recipe or mix (for an 8x8 pan), baked and cooled
- ◦2 cups powdered sugar
- ◦1/4 cup butter, melted
- ◦2 Tbsp milk (I used skim)
- ◦1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- ◦1-2 drops red or pink food coloring
- For the topping
- ◦3/4 cups chocolate chips
- ◦3 Tbsp butter
- ◦12 peppermint candies, roughly chopped (optional)
Chocolate Brioche with Sichuan Peppercorns

Step 1 In a small bowl, combine the warmed milk and 1 teaspoon of the sugar
- 1 /4 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk, warmed
- 1 /4 cup sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Country Brunch Cornbread

Prepare one package Krusteaz Natural Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix as directed, reducing milk to 1/2 cup

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 8 oz sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
Thai Linguini

Cook pasta until tender. Drain
- 12 ounces linguine
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 8 green onions -- chopped
- 5 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger -- minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup shredded carrots

1. Place a rack in middle of the oven and preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- For the crust
- 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (65 grams) sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 cup (115 grams or 1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into chunks, plus extra for greasing pan
- For the filling
- 1 small-to-medium-sized lemon (about 4 1/2 ounces or 130 grams, or about 3 inches long)

- 2 cups cooked turkey -- chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup green onion -- finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
