Ingredients
- Salad Ingredients:
- 4-5 cups (fresh) Chopped Broccoli and/or Cauliflower
- 1 small Red Onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup Petite Peas (frozen), or chopped sugar snap peas
- 1 cup dried (sweetened) Cran-raisens
- 1 cup Pistachio Nuts (salt removed with damp cloth, if possible)
- 3/4 cup crumbled Bacon Bits (best if fresh)
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. (white) vinegar
- 4 tsp. (white) sugar - (you can add up to 1/2 cup if you like it sweeter)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix Dressing and Set aside.
2. Put together all vegetables in large bowl and mix well.
3. Add Cran-raisens, Pistachio Nuts and Bacon Bits to the Vegetables.
4. Fold in Dressing – transfer to smaller bowl with a good seal and chill
5-8 Hours before serving.
