Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Scallops

- Teriayaki Sauce
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, no sugar added (or may use dry sherry wine)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons splenda
- 1 tablespoon peeled and minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 pound large sea scallops, drained of any liquid (about 16 pieces)
- 8 bacon slices
- 16 wooden toothpicks

- 1/2 cup flour

- 2 cups fat free half and half
- 2 cups diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup pimento

- 1 lb. baby spinach, coarsely chopped
- 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 3 avocados, pitted, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 3 pickled jalapenos, coarsley chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 16 oz container sour cream
- 2 oz pkg. vegetable soup mix
