Ingredients

  • 1 lb. baby spinach, coarsely chopped
  • 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 3 avocados, pitted, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 3 pickled jalapenos, coarsley chopped
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 16 oz container sour cream
  • 2 oz pkg. vegetable soup mix

Step 1

In a large bowl, blend all ingredients together. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 8.
