Roast Beef Horseradish Spirals

Combine first 6 ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 green onions, chopped about 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces deli roast beef, sliced
- 2 10-inch flour tortillas, cheese flavoured are nice
Cannoli Poke Cake

Bake cake according to directions on box for a 9x13 pan
- 1 box white cake mix, plus ingredients on box
- 1 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- powdered sugar, for dusting
Broccoli Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup light or regular mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salad:
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, chopped into small bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup golden raisins (optional)
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 small shallot or red onion, finely diced (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Soft Pretzels

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Pretzels
- 1 1/3 cups very warm water
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- The Boil
- water
- 1/3 cup baking soda
- Coating
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter, melted
- 1/4 cup cinnamon + 2 tablespoons sugar
- Frosting
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk
Salted Caramel Crescent Doughnuts

In deep fryer or 2-quart heavy saucepan, heat oil over medium heat to 350°F
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 snack-size container (4 oz) vanilla pudding
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Milk
- Additional caramel sauce,if desired
Queso Chicken Recipe

In a small bowl combine 1 teaspoon of salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and Mexican oregano
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
- Queso sauce-
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 12 slices white American cheese (torn into small pieces)
- 3-4 tablespoons pickled jalapenos (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Pineapple Juice Cake

Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease and flour a 10 to 12-cup Bundt pan
- For The Cake:
- 1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow or butter cake mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 4 large eggs
- For the glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice

- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling

- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning We love Tony Chachere
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Easy Chicken Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet
- 1 lb chicken cutlets
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 8 oz button mushrooms, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 sliced provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
- Sliced banana peppers

Moroccan Braised Beef

Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag; add beef and toss to coat
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) beef broth
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
