- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- I tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 cup celery, finely diced
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and finely diced
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, crushed
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 cups water
- 3 dried bay leaves

- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. sauce (from the crockpot after dish is cooked)
- Frozen broccoli florets (as many as desired, I believe I used almost 2 cups)
- White rice, cooked

- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups Swanson® Thai Ginger Flavor Infused Broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 small red bell pepper or yellow or green bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 large onion, chopped
