Cheesy Stuffed Meatballs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) block mozzarella, cut into 20 (1/2-inch) cubes
Cinnamon Peach Oat Crumble

In a large bowl mix together the flour, both sugars and salt
- Topping:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold, cut into small cubes
- 1 + 1/4 cups rolled oats (5-minute or long-cooking)
- Filling:
- butter, for greasing the pan
- 9 - 10 peaches to make about 6 - 7 cups cubed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream, for serving
Taco Chicken Salad

In a shallow dish, combine taco seasoning mix, chili powder, and salt; mix well
- 2 tablespoons packaged dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (6-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- Salad dressing
- Snappy Southwest Dressing
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
- Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use.
- Makes about 2 cups dressing.
- Note
- This dressing is a perfect complement to any salad, and it can even be used as a substitute for salsa and sour cream in tacos or fajitas.
No Boil Baked Penne

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 jar pasta sauce (26oz)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 15 oz ricotta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled

- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (8 oz.) Hunt’s Basil, Garlic & Oregano Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 lb. linguine, uncooked
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
- 1 cup KRAFT 5 Cheese Italian Blend Shredded Cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- OPTIONAL: 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

This dish consists of deep fried chicken pieces coated with a sweet and spicy sauce
- SAUCE:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1” chunks)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (more or less to taste)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- Oil, for frying
