Cracker Barrel Double Fudge Coca Cola Cake Copycat

Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour a 9x13 pan and set aside

Slow Cooker Potatoes Au Gratin

Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until nearly boiling
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 (10 oz) can condensed Cheddar Cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs russet potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Paprika for garnish
Chicken Taco Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (10 oz) bag tortilla chips
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans cream of chicken soup (I used 98% fat free)
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream (I used light)
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilis (Ro-tel)
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
