Crunchy Sesame Chicken Salad

In large serving bowl,toss all ingredients except onions until evenly coated
- 4 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)
- 1 bag (16 oz) coleslaw mix (about 8 cups)
- 2 cups chow mein noodles (from 6-oz bag)
- 1 bag (8 oz) fresh sugar snap peas, strings removed (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup shredded carrots (from 10-oz bag)
- 1 1/4 cups Asian toasted sesame dressing (from 16-oz bottle)
- 3 medium green onions, sliced (3 tablespoons)
Cheesy Hot Chicken Salad

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 (5-ounce) cans chunk-style chicken, drained and flaked
- 3/4 cup chopped celery (2 to 3 stalks)
- 1 (5-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cups (12 ounces) grated Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes

In a large bowl, combine beef, chili sauce and chili powder, mixing lightly but thoroughly
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger-size pretzel buns or hamburger buns, split
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce, warmed
Breakfast Casserole With Spinach, Mushrooms And Peppers (Slow Cooker)

Spray the inside of a 4-6 quart slow cooker
- 4 cups cooked cubed potatoes (I had leftover baked potatoes that I just cubed, skin and all)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1-2 cups fresh spinach leaves (they shrink down so much so use more than you think you need)
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and drained (or you can use cubed ham or bacon or whatever you want)
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1-2 Tbsp Thrive freeze-dried onions
- Handful of Thrive freeze-dried red bell pepper or green pepper
- Salt and pepper

Paradise Fruit Cake

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, and bake in a 9-x-13-inch baking pan
- 1 (18.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 2 (4-serving) package instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 small bananas, sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 carton (32 oz) Progresso™ chicken broth (4 cups)
- 1 bag (14 oz) frozen baby broccoli florets, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 loaf (8-oz) prepared cheese product, cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese (6-oz)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (4-oz)
- Additional shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, if desired

- 2 (10-ounce) packages baby portobello mushrooms
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped rosemary leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup finely crushed rice chex or dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning herb blend
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 (~6-oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tbls fresh lemon juice
