Velveeta Salsa Dip

Great for a party dip
- 1 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
- 1 8 oz. jar of salsa or 1 10 oz. 1 can of diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained.
- 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro (optional)
Zucchini Bake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Crust
- 2 cans (8oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- Filling
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 8 cups thinly sliced zucchini
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 eggs beaten
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Italian Sausage Bread

1. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated (1 cup)
- 1 can (2.25oz.) pitted ripe olives, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 teaspoon pantry Italian seasoning mix
- 2 packages (11oz.) refrigerated french bread dough
- 1 can (8oz.)pizza sauce

- 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 butter softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (10oz.)jar strawberry or seedless raspberry spreadable fruit
- Crumb topping
- 1 and 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Green Bean Casserole

1. To make white sauce, melt butter in small saucepan over low heat
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 and 1/2 cups of mild
- 3 to 4 teaspoons dry ranch style salad dressing mix
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 and 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 and 1/4 pounds fresh green beans, cooked until crisp- tender
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs, toasted

- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1 (17.3oz.) can Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 (10.8oz.) can Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 (16oz.) jar (1 and 3/4 cups) medium thick and chunky salsa
- 12 oz. (3 cups) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 (2 and 1/3 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 cup salsa, if desired
