Directions -heat oven to 400 degrees

Cook noodles according to pkg directions, adding broccoli slaw at the 4 minute mark
- 2/3 pkg. No Yolks noodles
- 1 bag (16 oz.) broccoli slaw
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 8 0z. lean chicken, in bite-size pieces.
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. terriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, optional
Texas Hash ****

Cook onion slowly in oil. Add hamburger and sauté until it falls apart
- 1 Large Onion
- 3 T. oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1/4 pepper
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 1 1/4 cup salad macaroni
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 bell pepper or small can mushrooms optional

- 3 (7oz) cans whole green chilies
- 1 lb grated Jack cheese
- 1 lb grated cheddar cheese

- 3 Tbs flour
- 1 small can evaporate
- 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
Italian Zucchini Casserole from Sondra

Saute sausage and meat onion and garlic together
- 1/4 pound pork sausage (I use mild italian turkey sausage)
- 1/4 lean ground beef (I use ground turkey)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pound zucchini sliced
- 2 cups frozen or 15 ounces canned corn drained
- 1 15ounce tomato sauce or your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 to 2 small cans sliced olives
- salt and pepper to taste
Ham Sauce

Heat all ingredients until thick and pass to spoon over ham
- 1/3 cube of butter
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- cinnamon to taste
- nutmeg to taste
- cloves to taste
- 1/2 cup apricot juice

- 1 3/4 Irish Whiskey or Brandy, Rum, Bourbon, Scotch or Rye
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed milk
- 1 cup whipping or light cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate flavored syrup
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
