Pistachio Cranberry Biscotti *****

Mmmm, biscotti. Pistachios and Cranberries are pretty
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/3 cup butter , softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pistachios , shelled
- 4 teaspoons lemon peel , grated
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel , grated
- 1 -2 tablespoon nonfat milk
Potato Soup Easy Peasy

In a stockpot or Dutch oven, combine the hash browns and chicken broth
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes with onion and peppers
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans fat-free chicken broth
- 1 (2.5 ounce) package fat free country-style gravy mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion for topping
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (optional)

In a large saucepan melt butter, margarine, corn syrup and brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Margarine
- 2 T. Corn Syrup
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- 2 T Vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups Oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup Shredded Coconut

Pork Ribs with Sauerkraut

Purchase country style pork ribs, as much as you need for your family
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- Ribs
- 1 small can applesauce, dropped by spoonfuls
- 1 apple (granny smith) sliced and strewn over applesauce
- 1 small can (can use 16 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- chopped or sliced onion
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- several squirts of ketchup after it has been in oven 1 1/2 hours.

Heat oven to 350. In medium bowl combine flour and sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour 1 14 ounce can Eagle Brand
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cold butter or margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 12 ounce package chocolate chips 1 cup chopped nuts
Caprese Salami Salad

Boil water in a medium size pan and add the pasta
- 1 8 ounce container fresh mozzarella cheese balls
- 1 1/2 cups sweet grape, teardrop, or cherry tomatoes
- 16 slices salami
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced basil
- 1/2 cup uncooked small size penne pasta
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 dashes garlic powder
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 3 dashes salt
Berryhill Tomato Basil Soup

In a medium sauce pot melt buter over moderate heat
- 2 oz. Butter
- 1/4 cup Yellow onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup Leek, finely diced
- 1/4 cup Carrot, finely diced
- 1/4 cup Celery, finely diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced fine
- 2 ounces Flour
- 1 pint Vegetable broth
- 1 pint Cream
- 3/4 tsp. W sauce
- 1 15 oz. can Italian Style crushed tomatoes
- 1 T. Honey
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 oz. Basil, fresh and chopped coarsely or chiffonade
- 3/4 tsp. Rice Wine Vinegar

- 1/2 bell pepper

Harvest Popcorn ***

Mix spices to melted butter and pour over tossed popped corn, potatoes, nuts and onion rings
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 drops"W" sauce
- 2 quarts popped corn (1/3 cup un-popped)
- 2 cups shoestring potatoes (canned)
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 can onion rings
