Oriental Beef and Cauliflower Stew

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds lean round steak cut in 1 inch cubes
- 3 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1 small head cauliflower separated into florets
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2-3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sliced green onions
"Kitchen Sink" Carrot Cake

1) Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 4 large eggs: 1
- 1 cup granulated sugar: 1
- 3/4 cup brown sugar: 1
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract: 1
- 3/4 cup melted butter: 1
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil: 1
- 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour: 1
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder: 1
- 1 teaspoon baking soda: 1
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt: 1
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon: 1
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg: 1
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice: 1
- 3 1/2 cups finely grated carrots: 1
- 1 cup diced pecans or walnuts, toasted if desired: 1
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (preferred) or sweetened coconut: 1
- 1/2 cup diced dried pineapple*: 1
- Substitute one 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained and squeezed dry, if preferred: 1
- 6 tablespoons butter, at room temperature: 1
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened: 1
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract: 1
- 1/8 teaspoon salt: 1
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted: 1
- 2 tablespoons milk, or enough to make frosting spreadable: 1

Pumpkin Cheesecake

Heat oven to 350. Cut margarine into baking mix and 2 Tablespoons sugar until mixture resembles fine crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2-Tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese softened 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar 1 can 16 ounce pumpkin
- 2 Tablespoons flour Sour Cream Topping
- Sour Cream Topping: 1 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 Tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups good quality white chocolate chunks
- 1 1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 egg whole
Pumpkin Cookies

Cookies: Combine and mix first ten ingredients
- 1 cup shortening (ICBINB Cubes)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup nuts
- Frosting
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons margarine
- 4 Tablespoons milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Coconut Thumbprint Cookies

1) In a food processor, grind macadamias into a coarse meal
- Whipped Chocolate Ganache:
- No Bake Macadamia
- Thumbprints
- 1 C Roasted, salted macadamia nuts
- 1 C Unsweetened, shredded coconut flakes
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 C Coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp Orange zest (optional)
- 1 TBSP Maple syrup
- 3 TBSP Coconut Oil, Melted
- 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
- 2 TBSP Palm Shortening
- 2 tsp Arrowroot Starch
- 1 ) Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- 2 ) Whip with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- 3 ) Store in the fridge. Soften at room temperature before using.
Crab Mold ****

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package Knox unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 can (6-12 ounce) crab-drained
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce-optional
