Green Chili Casserole

Place chilies on bottom of greased casserole dish 8x8
- 1 4 ounce whole green chilies
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 pund Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 eggs and 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 small can tomato sauce

Put eggs, oil and sugars in bowl and cream together add vanilla
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 cups raw apples-Pippins-diced very small and thin
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 eggs-slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon cream horseradish

- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
- Dash pepper
