Low Fat Crispy Oven Fried Chicken

- Coating:
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan 1 broiler fryer -3 lb. Cut in eighths
Swiss Medley

Combine above and bake at 325 for 1 hour
- 1 package (16 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 4 ounce jar chopped pimento -drained
- 2 12.8 ounce Durkee French Fried Onions
Nat's Dip

Combine above and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons green onion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Beau Monde
Lo Mein

To make the sauce, combine all the sauce ingredients except the cornstarch in a small bowl and stir to mix well
- 3/4 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes, or 3/4 pound boneless lean pork loin chops, cut int thin strips
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta or udon noodles
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 cup matchstick sized pieces of red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- Sauce
- 3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons chicken broth
- 3 Tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 Tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons toasted (dark) sesame oil
- 3 to 4 teaspoons Szechuan seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Ww 0 Point Weight Watchers Cabbage Soup

- 3 cups nonfat beef broth (beef is the best) or 3 cups nonfat vegetable broth (beef is the best) or 3 cups nonfat chicken broth (beef is the best)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano

- 2 Pounds lean ground beef
- 2 (46 ounce) cans tomato juice
- 4 cubed potatoes (I omit)
- 1 large (24 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (30 ounce) can green beans
- 3 carrots sliced
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 stalks celery cut up
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 3-4 beef bouillon cubes
