  • Adobo sauce, from can of chipotle chiles, optional
  • Chopped green onions
  • Creamy Corn Polenta, recipe follows
  • Coarsely grated bittersweet chocolate, such as Lindt
  • Garnishes, such as lime wedges, sour cream, chopped cooked bacon, chopped red and/or green jalapenos
