You can use whatever cheese, meat (or go meatless), veggies you have on hand

  • 1/4 lb. cooked ham, turkey sausage, or bacon (note: meat is optional) and/or chopped peppers, asparagus, roasted red peppers, spinach, or whatever
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I use low fat, you can use whatever you want)
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 T herb of your choice (chives, basil, etc.)
  • 2 T fat-free milk (I have also used water and a pinch of cream of tartar with good results)
  • 1/4 t each salt and pepper
