Bisquick® Potato Pancakes

1 Beat eggs in medium bowl with hand beater until fluffy
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions or finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

- Cookie Dough:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
- 1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) chilled, unsalted Butter or Margarine, cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Tbls. frozen Orange Juice concentrate, thawed (may substitute Orange Flower Water)
- 2 tsp. orange zest
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour
- Almonds (sliced or slivers), or can substitute Walnuts, Pistachios or nut of choice, enough for 1 on top of each cookie
