  • Dry Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 C Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp of Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp of Cinnamon
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 C of applesauce
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 3 - 4 Medium Ripe Bananas - mashed
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Coat Muffin Pan with Pam.

In a Large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Combine the wet ingredients and stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.

Fill the muffin pan 2/3 full with mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing muffins to rack to cool.
