    Egg Whites

    Medium Ripe Bananas - mashed

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Coat Muffin Pan with Pam. In a Large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Combine the wet ingredients and stir into dry ingredients until just moistened. Fill the muffin pan 2/3 full with mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing muffins to rack to cool.
