Tomato Pie

  • 9 " Deep Dish Baked Pie Shell
  • 2 to 3 Large Tomatoes thickly sliced and drained
  • 2 to 3 Green Onions Chopped
  • Salt, Pepper, and Fresh Basil
  • 1 C Mayonnaise
  • 1 C Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese



Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Fill baked pie shell with alternating layers of Tomatoes and Onions. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, and basil
Combine Mayonnaise and Cheese
Spread over Tomatoes.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve as side dish.
