- 1/2 cup of White Wine
- 3/4 cup of Chicken Stock
- 3/4 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup of Freshly Grated Parmiggiano Reggiano
- 1 Bag of Baby Spinach, washed and dried
- 2 cups of Baby Cherry Tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Mix with electric mixer, add to melted sugar and put casserole in pan with 1-2 inches of water in oven
- In separate bowl:
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar-low heat until caramel stage. Spread over bottom and sides of pan and let cool. Pan should be a 1 quart casserole.
