If using chicken breasts, cut chicken breasts into strips
- 6 chicken breasts (or store bought chicken tenders)
- Marinade -
- 1/2 tablespoon potassium chloride
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon accent salt
- 1/8 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup bottle chicken base
- 1 3/4 cups water
- Coating-
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon accent salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- oil (for deep frying)
Chick Fil A Copycat recipe

1.Cut the chicken breast in half horizontally, to make 4 thin pieces
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt and ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Peanut oil, for frying
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon dry milk
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 sour pickle, cut into eight slices
- 4 soft hamburger buns, split
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1. In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 15 ounce can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup water (I may omit or reduce the water next time since I think the loaf was a little too moist.)

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar

Pre-heat the oven to 350, and grease a baking pan (big enough to fit your chicken breasts)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3/4 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (finely grated)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
