cracker barrel hashbrown casserole

Directions: Place potatoes in a greased 9×13 inch pan
- 1 2 lb. pkg. frozen Hash Browns
- 8 oz. Sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 C. Chopped onion
- 2 C. grated Cheddar Cheese
Turkey Chili Cheeseburgers

Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill
- 2 pounds ground turkey breast
- 1/4 cup (about a handful) cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup (about a handful) parsley, chopped
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped, divided
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- A few dashes of hot sauce (add more if you like it spicy)
- 8 slices plus 1/2 cup grated pepper jack cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 Kaiser rolls, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons chili powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons orange zest (for me that was the zest of 2 oranges)
- 2 cups Guitard Choc-Au-Lait Vanilla Chips (I used Ghirardelli white chips)

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls, reduced fat, 8 count
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/4 Cup diced green chilies from can
- 1/2 Cup smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Cup cooked chorizo, about 1/4 lb (just brown it in a skillet for about 10 minutes over medium heat)

- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes
- 2 small onions
- 1/3 cup vegetable broth
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 or 2 oz butter

Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, and then add the onions
- 1 stick butter
- 1 whole onion, diced
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 4 heads broccoli, cut into florets
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cups grated cheese (mild Cheddar, sharp Cheddar, Jack, etc.)

Cook beef in large skillet until browned
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 14 oz cans chopped tomatoes, drained
- 2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 6 oz cans tomato paste
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

In a medium sauce pan, over medium-low heat, bring the sauce and garlic to a simmer
- 1 1/3 cups favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons half & half
- Four 4-5 ounce Tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups Panko crumbs

- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 TB. plain flour
- 1 (3 oz) box strawberry jello
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil (I actually only used 1/2 cup oil & it was fine)
